Our assessment form asks for your name, email address and property postcode or address. You may also choose to provide a telephone number, approximate property value and mortgage balance, property condition, selling timescale, reason for selling and a message. Please do not send account numbers, identity documents or sensitive personal records through the form.

Why we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, discuss your property-sale options and assess whether our service may be suitable. Where you ask us to explore or take steps towards a potential agreement, we process the information necessary to take those steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We may also process limited information where necessary for our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, maintaining relevant business correspondence and protecting our website and business from misuse, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests. We may retain or use information where necessary to comply with a legal obligation.
